Maroondah Credit Union Running Live on the Ultradata Credit Union Solution

Ultradata is delighted to announce that Maroondah Credit Union is now running live on the Ultradata Credit Union Solution.

Maroondah Credit Union utilise the services of Combined Financial Processing (CFP), and they are the first of the Early Adopters to migrate using an IDPC platform. This is a significant event for Maroondah, CFP, Ultradata, and the entire Ultradata community.

Commencing in August 2004, we have been working very closely with Maroondah Credit Union and CFP. This project has been involved and comprehensive, requiring all parties to build and refine common standards, processes and procedures.

Ultradata’s Chief Executive Officer, Peter Henshaw, stated that “we have achieved this goal after detailed and methodical foundations have been put into place. These will now become standard processes and procedures that will assist all credit unions migrating to the Ultradata Credit Union Solution who also employ an IDPC.”

Maroondah Credit Union’s Chief Executive Officer, Denis Grehan, said “I have had some other managers question my sanity for seeking to be an early adopter. On some occasions along the way I began to wonder. In now having gone live, we are even more aware of the potential of the Ultradata product. Much work lies ahead of us, but we can clearly see that this will allow us to make a quantum advance in member service and active member relationship management. It will be the cornerstone of our new business model.”

By unleashing the power of the Ultradata Credit Union Solution, Maroondah are now in a position to gain the benefits of the customer centric design – making it easier to service and market to members. With a focus on member management, stronger and more profitable relationships will be achieved.
