Columbus Capital Live on Ultracs 3

Ultradata is pleased to welcome Columbus Capital as a new client. Columbus Capital is a lending wholesale funder that has recently commenced operations from a Sydney base and is heavily involved in residential and commercial mortgage lending in the Australian market.

To find the right software platform, Columbus Capital underwent an extensive review of available Lending Solution software packages in both Australia and offshore. They eventually selected Ultracs 3 as the standout solution.

Mr Ilias Pavlopoulos Executive Director of Columbus Capital said, "Ultradata was the only one to be able to provide a complete end-to-end solution for our lending requirements including loan origination (Web Loans), application processing, automated decisioning (Origen) and portfolio management (Ultracs 3) and electronic document storage (Documents)."

To provide customers access to account and general information, Columbus Capital has also installed My Viewpoint Internet Banking and is personalising this to reflect their own corporate image and provide cross selling opportunities. Ultradata also co-ordinated with Columbus Capital's access to payment systems such as card and direct entry with CUSCAL to ensure the systems were in place day one when the door opened for business.

Mr Pavlopoulos went on to explain, "Whilst the selection of Ultracs 3 became obvious, the most impressive part of the whole project was the fact that Ultradata took the project from initial demonstration to production rollout within a period of just 8 weeks. That allowed us to get on with business and not spend time on systems issues and installation dramas. The staff and everyone here was impressed with the ease of using the application and the commitment of Ultradata of getting the job done to what was really a challenging timetable".
