Community First Elcom Database Merger Success

Ultradata is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Community First Credit Union and Elcom Credit Union database merger project on time and on budget. While Ultradata has had countless successful systems conversions in the past and ongoing (around one a fortnight currently!), this project was unique in that it represents the first conversion of a Fiserv ICBS database into an Ultradata system anywhere in the world.

The actual project to migrate was achieved in just over six months (which included the normal December/January slowdown periods). The actual live conversion was a terrific success with the entire process completed and data converted and all back online within a 12-hour window.

Chief Executive Officer of Community First Credit Union, John Tancevski (below), who is a veteran of many mergers and major systems projects commented:
