In June 2017, IOOF Holdings Limited (IOOF) announced that it reached an agreement to acquire National Australia Trustees Limited (NATL). The purchase included NATL’s Personal Trustee business and select trustee arrangements in their Corporate Trustee business.
The acquisition will become part of IOOF’s trustee business, Australian Executor Trustees (AET), one of Australia's largest and most experienced specialist providers of estate and trustee services. NATL – now known as AET Services - is a significant provider of trustee services with a recognised history in Western Australia, New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.
Ultradata Australia was selected as the technology partner for the ongoing core software and also the business migration project utilising its solution ‘TACT’ which is an Australian developed and supported trustees and wealth management software package.
Ultradata is pleased to confirm that the complex migration has been successfully completed within budget and ahead of time.
AET will continue to use TACT which has a long standing history with the organisation.
Ultradata’s CEO, Peter Henshaw, said, “We are very proud to have been selected as the preferred technology partner. Over the last few months, we have worked with AET to ensure the migration had minimal effect to their staff and customers and we were able to achieve a smooth transition.
Congratulations to IOOF as you take on the next step in your business growth and we look forward to continuing to work with you into the future.”
