Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, you’ll be responsible for.

  • Coordinating periodic client billing and invoicing with accuracy, timeliness and in line with contract obligations
  • Updating client records in the system and responding to internal queries
  • Managing procurement of operational office supplies
  • Overseeing the maintenance of hardware and software licenses
  • Supporting office facilities and amenities requirements across all Ultradata office locations
  • You may also be required to provide reception relief intermittently.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in general administration in a professional environment, ideally with exposure to client billing and office facilities management
  • Strong experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Awesome teamwork, coupled with the ability to work independently when needed.
