  • Corporate Governance: Safeguard risk management, actively manage financial compliance and ensure appropriate insurance arrangements are in place across the Group
  • Growth Enablement: Lead due diligence for international expansion activities (particularly in the USA), due diligence, and other strategic projects as they arise from time to time.
  • Team Leadership and Coaching: Inspire, mentor and provide encouragement and pathways for staff growth and development across a highly committed team of finance professionals and administrative staff.

The Success Profile – Do you fit the bill?

  • Are you a Chartered Accountant or CPA with at least 15+ years in corporate leadership, including 5+ years at CFO/CCO level and proven experience in medium to large regulated, international entities
  • Proven expertise in international finance and cross-border operations, ideally with exposure to USA markets
  • Strong background in technology or financial services industries desirable
