About the Role

As a Client Engagement Associate, you’ll be at the core of our client relationships — managing accounts, facilitating operational requests, and connecting clients with Ultradata’s innovative suite of financial software solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships
  • Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and virtual check-ins to maintain strong engagement
  • Keep clients informed about Ultradata’s products, innovations, and strategic developments
  • Understand client business needs and communicate them effectively to internal teams
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or roadblocks
  • Develop and execute account sales plans and marketing strategies
  • Facilitate product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist with quotes, proposals, and account documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business (Financial Services discipline highly desirable)
  • Proven experience in sales methodology and solution-based client engagement
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret technical data and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in influencing decision-makers and building trust.
