Billing

• Conference fees will be billed to directly to your organisation prior to the event.

Delegate Registration Transfer

If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another staff member. No cancellation fee or subsequent fee will be billed. To facilitate this transfer, Contact Marie McMahon at mmcmahon@ultradata.com.au.

Cancellation Policy                      

• Registration cancellations received prior to 29th of August 2025 will be refunded 50% of the delegate fee.
• Cancellations received after 29th of August 2025 will not be refunded.
• For accommodation cancellation policy, please contact the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort directly.
