About the session

Tim will share frontline insights into current fraud patterns and detection strategies shaping the mutual banking sector. In the second half of the session, the Ultradata team will provide an important update on:

  • SMS Responsive behaviour
  • Release of holds on transactions

This issue has now been resolved and will be included in the next product update rollout. Clients who may experience the issue before then can log a support ticket for immediate resolution.
