With this in mind, we’re pleased to welcome Ged Smith as Chief Innovation and Design Officer. Ged brings extensive leadership experience from his time as CIO at Unity Bank and senior roles at Teachers Mutual Bank and Goulburn Murray Credit Union. Well-regarded in the financial services industry for his strategic thinking, pragmatism, and commitment to innovation—plus a great sense of humour—we’re confident he will make a significant impact.
