As a result of long-standing client relationships, steadfast collaborations and effective project management, 7 of the scheduled CUSCAL App migrations have successfully transitioned to Ultradata’s Ultracs App 2 banking platform.

Australian Mutual Bank became the first CUSCAL App client to successfully migrate across to the Ultracs App 2 platform, following the merger of Sydney Mutual Bank and Endeavour Mutual Bank, and in parallel with the rebranding exercise to ‘Australian Mutual Bank’ in October 2021.

Initially seeking a ‘like-for-like’ functionality, Australian Mutual Bank decided to take advantage of the App 2 capacity, and made the decision to launch a new and improved App for their customers. 

Seeking to provide the next level of user experience and customer empowerment, Australian Mutual Bank integrated ‘everyday’ banking features that gave the preceding platform a major uplift, and just as importantly, supported client’s brand promise of ethical banking and improved digital experience, and a safe and secure interface for daily banking interactions. Some key enhancements;

ACCOUNT ACTIVITY

  • View balances and transactions
  • Show simple account balance without logging in
  • Transfer funds via PayID, EFT or BPAY®
  • Schedule payments to occur on a particular date & time

ACCOUNT SECURITY

  • Change your PIN on your cards, report them lost or stolen or temporarily block or unblock them
  • Set up your PayID
  • Change your Internet Banking password

  • Secure messaging for easy member communication via a secure channel
