Reflecting on Two Inspiring Days at Sanctuary Cove

A month on from our Client Conference at Sanctuary Cove, the energy and insights shared over those two incredible days continue to resonate across our client community.

The conference opened with Managing Director Peter Henshaw setting a dynamic tone that carried throughout the event. From the outset, the atmosphere was filled with connection, collaboration, and a shared excitement for the future of financial technology.

Day 1 featured a series of sessions unveiling new and enhanced product innovations, including Ultracs App 3 Roadmap, Confirmation of Payee, Security Options, Digital Loan, Ultracs Monitor, and Ultracs 5.4. These updates generated strong engagement and conversations about how they will shape the next chapter of member experience and operational excellence.

Our Users of Excellence sessions showcased practical applications and success stories, with Unity Bank and G&C Mutual Bank highlighting Ultracs’ single customer view, and Australian Mutual Bank sharing their experience integrating online account opening. The afternoon’s guest speakers including Jana Pittman with her inspiring keynote “Change the Beat of Your Drum,” and Experteq’s presentation “From Risk to Resilience” reinforced the themes of innovation, resilience, and collaboration that defined the event. The evening wrapped up with a spectacular dinner at Sea World, offering a perfect backdrop for continued networking.

Day 2 continued with a strong focus on innovation and client-led insights. Presentations covered Snapshot Manager, CRM2 and Automation, Fraud Interceptor, and the evolving partnership with BioCatch in the fight against financial crime. Sessions on the Scam Safe Accord, Ultracs Cloud, Business Viewpoint, and Automated Testing Tools further underscored our shared commitment to advancing security, efficiency, and digital transformation across the sector.

As we look back, the conference was more than just a showcase of new technology it was a celebration of collaboration, shared progress, and community. The connections and conversations from Sanctuary Cove are continuing to drive ideas, partnerships, and innovation across our network and we’re already looking forward to building on this momentum in the months ahead.
