Nestled within the serene InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, the conference facilities offer a perfect blend of modern amenities and tranquil surroundings. MacArthur's Ballroom, where our sessions will be held, is a state-of-the-art event space equipped with the latest technology and beautifully fitted out for both presentation and collaboration.

The conference registration covers access to all sessions in the program, daily morning and afternoon tea, daily lunch, and dinner on the Monday evening.
All other incidentals outside the inclusions listed above are to be settled upon checkout by you or your organisation.
MacArthur's Ballroom is located in the Woolshed, adjacent to reception. The location is marked on the resort map provided in this booklet.
Please wear your lanyard on both days for access to conference sessions and group catering. Lanyards are not required for the Monday evening dinner.

Verandah Restaurant and Bar: open from 11:00 AM to late. The Fireplace: open Tuesday to Sunday, 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Cove Cafe: open 7 days, 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The Lagoon Beach Bar: open during warmer months.

Country Club: The gym and tennis courts are a five-minute drive or 15-minute walk from the hotel. Golf: Two award-winning courses available from $85 for 9 holes. Advance booking essential; golf shoes required. Fitness classes: Yoga and Zumba are complimentary. Reformer Pilates is available at $35 per session. Contact the concierge to book.
